DRESS CODE

Dressing up is the centerpiece of the vampire ball experience. It is the celebration of radical self-expression that makes the event stand out. The dress code will be enforced at the door in order to maintain the energy of our event, as well as keep out unwanted guests. Please see the Pinterest Board and guidelines below for inspiration:

Unacceptable Wear

If you come wearing street clothes like blue jeans, khakis, sports jerseys, caps, etc., you will NOT be allowed to enter! We will also NOT permit anyone wearing outfits depicting Neo-Nazism, Fascism, or other offensive imagery.

Casual Formal

If you prefer to dress comfortably, do not fret. Any kind of casual formal wear will work just fine, like a black suit or black cocktail dress.

The Theme

Dive deep into a 1920s secret society of vampires! Encouraged looks range from 1920s fashion like flapper dresses, bob hairstyles, fedoras, cloche hats, suits, or fashion pre-dating the 1920s like Victorian or Edwardian style clothing!

Elaborate

Elaborate outfits and makeup are highly encouraged! From headdresses, shoulder pieces, extreme makeup, and more!

Vampire

All kinds of vampiric looks are encouraged! From top hats, ball gowns, capes, cloaks, corsets, and so much more!

Club Wear

Dressing up like you are going to a club is very acceptable. Whether that be wearing fishnets, leather, lace, vinyl, etc., we will gladly grant you entrance into the vampire ball!

Other Styles

You do not always have to dress like a vampire! If you enjoy styles like Steampunk, Visual Kei, Fantasy/Fae, Cosplaying a character, etc, you are always welcomed! But please be aware that costumes which do not make sense, like super hero costumes for example, will not be permitted.
